“Today we took our 8 year old daughter to get a bump on her gums checked. We were seen by Dr. Kevin Schamel. I have to start off t saying that we are new to the state and that we prefer to keep our family of 4 with the same dentist for consistency and insurance reasons. I learned that it’s not an easy task to find a dentist who can work with adults and children of all ages naturally. However, we hit the jackpot pot with Dr. Schamel!! He was patient, kind and comforting beyond belief. As a mother of a kiddo who has had a ton of work done in her mouth my main priority is making sure she feels safe during each procedure. Today was not an easy one as she had an infection and had to get the tooth pulled out (not the first time this has happened). Tension and fear were high and the Dr Schamel did a phenomenal job and keeping her busy, asking her questions and constantly checking in on her making sure she felt safe. He answered all our questions, putting our minds and hearts at easy. I highly recommend visiting him at Parkway Dental if you are in need of a new dentist. You won’t be disappointed.”
